I like the recipes, which is why I purchased the cookbook. Going through the recipes there are inconsistencies and missing details. I already emailed about a mismatched picture on a recipe. I'm following recipes exactly.. the cinnamon rolls were too dense. Not fluffy as posted. The crackers and pretzels were great. The Rye and Whole Wheat are very stiff, I'll be baking them tonight. I hope they bake correctly. Stretches and folds were extremely difficult. I can provide more details via email.
