General

What do you sell?

We offer fresh-baked sourdough bread (for local pickup), dehydrated sourdough starter, starter kits, merchandise, and digital baking guides.

Do you offer wholesale for restaurants or shops?

Yes! We work with a variety of local restaurants and businesses. Visit our Wholesale page or reach out to learn more.

Do you offer baking classes?

Unfortunately, we’re fully focused on baking at the moment and aren’t offering sourdough classes right now. We're hoping to start sometime in the future though!

Are your guides digital or printed?

All of our guides are digital, making them easy to access from anywhere. After completing your order, you'll receive instant access to them.

Bakery Products

Does your sourdough bread contain any additives or preservatives?

Nope. Just organic flour, spring water, and salt. That’s it. There are no preservatives, no fillers, no gums, and no seed oils!

Is your bread peanut and tree nut free?

Yes, all of our bread is peanut and tree nut free. However, we do use peanut butter in some of our other products, so there's not a 100% guarantee there won't be cross contamination.

Is your starter good for only one use?

No. You can continue to feed it over and over again and it will last forever! Check out our free starter guides to learn how.

Can I request a loaf I don’t see on your site?

Yes! If you’re craving something special or have a favorite flavor in mind, we’d love to hear about it. Just fill out our request form and we’ll let you know if we can bake it for you.

Local Pickup

Do you offer local pickup or delivery?

Yes! If you're in the Nashville area, we offer local pickup for our bakery products. We currently do not offer delivery. On each product page, you will see the available pickup locations, dates, and times.

What happens if I miss my pickup time?

Life happens! If you miss your scheduled pickup, just shoot us a message and we can reschedule a late pickup.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?

We ship to all of the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories.

What is the shipping cost?

Shipping is free for all domestic orders over $30. For orders under $30, shipping costs can vary depending on location, shipping method, and the number of items.

My package was marked as delivered but I haven’t received it, what should I do?

If your order was marked as delivered and the address on the order is correct, we recommend that you wait a couple of days, as often the carrier scans an order as delivered before actually delivering it. Also checking with neighbors to make sure the package wasn’t delivered to the wrong location. If the issue remains, please contact us at contact@mrssourdough.com so we can resolve it.

My order arrived damaged/incorrect, what can I do?

You can email us at contact@mrssourdough.com with your order number and pictures of the package you received so we can fix it.

How can I track my order?

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number and link to your email on file.

My tracking hasn't been updated in a while, what are my options?

Please keep in mind that often the carrier doesn’t update the tracking accordingly. If your package hasn’t had any movement in a week please contact us at contact@mrssourdough.com

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Maybe. We have very short windows to make changes to your order. But if your order has an incorrect address, please email us immediately so we can try to change it before it ships.

Can I cancel my order that was just processed?

We have a very short window to perform cancellations, so it is possible that we won’t catch your order in time. But if you want to cancel your order, please email us immediately with the order number so we can attempt to cancel it. If a packing slip has been created we cannot cancel your order.

Payments & Refunds

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payments from major credit card companies like Visa, Mastercard, and American Express - as well as PayPal and Shop Pay.

I am not satisfied with the product, what is your return policy?

Perishable Items: Due to the nature of our baked goods and other perishable products like Dehydrated Starter, we do not accept returns on these items. However, we do offer a 7-day refund policy if your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or in otherwise unsatisfactory condition. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a refund.

Non-Perishable Items: We have a 30-day return policy policy on non-perishable items such as our starter kits, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, items must be in the same condition you received them, with tags, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
