In January of 2024, I found myself at a crossroads in my career in the medical field. I knew that I wanted to work, but I didn't like the 9-5 that I had found myself immersed in for so long.

I've always had a passion for simple and clean foods and also a love for making bread, specifically sourdough! I made sourdough for family & friends and then decided I was going to start advertising it on a local Nashville Facebook group. I got a handful of orders the first month and then was invited to a major farmers market!

After we joined the farmers market, our business took off! We moved from my home kitchen and conventional oven, which could only bake 4 loaves at a time, to a commercial bakery space where we can make 500+ loaves per week for our customers.

Our goal is to supply our city with clean products that they can trust giving to their children and families. At Mrs. Sourdough, we only use certified organic ingredients, no preservatives, no fillers, no gums, and no seed oils! Just good clean food!
