Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). During high-volume seasons, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order value. Orders under $30 USD pay $4.99 for shipping. Orders equal to or over $30 USD receive free shipping.

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.
Order Changes & Address Accuracy
Once an order has been fulfilled, we cannot guarantee that it can be cancelled or updated, or that the address can be changed. Once it has shipped, an order cannot be cancelled or updated.
You are responsible to provide the correct shipping address. If we are not given the correct shipping address, we cannot provide a replacement order for items delivered to the incorrect shipping address given at checkout. Please double-check check all shipping information is correct before ordering.
If your order does have the incorrect address please contact us as soon as possible at contact@mrssourdough.com. Be sure to include your name, order number, and the correct address.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

We currently ship to all U.S. states.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Yes, we ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
Missing, Lost, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at contact@mrssourdough.com with photos, and we’ll help make it right.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
